If you had some heart inflammation when first ill as a child with Kawasaki Disease, but that disappeared after about 6-8 weeks, you are in Patient Group 2. If you're in this group, you're one of about 80% of people who have Kawasaki Disease who go on to have no lasting damage to their heart. Phew!
